Grade AAA or Class 1 is the fresh ginger which is the highest quality and has matured well within 1 year or 12 months with the weight of 250gram and above per ginger roots.
Grade A or Class 2 is the fresh ginger which has matured well within 1 year or 12 months with the weight of 150gram-250gram ginger roots.
Grade B is the fresh ginger which has matured between 18-24 months with the weight of 150gram-250gram per ginger roots.
Grade C is the fresh ginger which has matured between 18-24 months with the weight of 50gram-100gram per ginger roots which is commonly packed in mesh bags.
