Thai Fresh ginger is grown in the north & north eastern region of Thailand where the cultivation of every seeds of ginger tree is well taken care, fertilized and managed for more then 3 decades. There is a system where coding and integration of plots of ginger harvest to be identified for its maturity and age level of every tree. This will ensure the grower to know which ginger tree is at age period during the plucking process.

Thai Fresh Ginger is carefully plucked manually from our experienced farmer for the best required size and quality for our customers worldwide. This process is very crucial as this will determine the availability of size which is required by our customers.

Thai Fresh Ginger goes through a process of washing where most customer who required soil to be removed from the fresh ginger will be done with a triple layer flow of water wash and cleaning process at our facility before heading to the sorting section for size selection.

Thai Fresh Ginger is well packed in 10kgs, 13.6 kgs or 30 lbs. carton or 20 kgs mesh bag or as per customer's requirement for the convenience of importer which ensures durability and quality from the packing house transported to every customer’s warehouse worldwide.

The different grade of Fresh Ginger Quality

GRADE A Class 1

グレードAまたはクラス1は、最高品質の新鮮な生姜で、1年または12か月以内に十分に成熟し、重量が150グラム以上で段ボール箱に詰められています。

グレードB クラス2

グレード A またはクラス 2 は、最高品質の新鮮な生姜で、1 年または 12 か月以内に十分に成熟し、重量が 100 グラム以上で段ボール箱に詰められています。

グレードC - メッシュバッグのみ

グレード C は、品質が良く、1 年または 12 か月以内に十分に成熟した、重量が 80 グラム以上でメッシュ バッグに詰められた新鮮な生姜です。

最高品質の、1年または12か月以内に十分に成熟した、植え付け用の新鮮なショウガの種子。重量80グラム以上で、1kg袋入り(1カートンあたり20袋)

新鮮な黒生姜

最高品質の新鮮な黒ショウガ(ケンフェリア・パルビフローラ)で、1年または12か月以内に十分に成熟したもので、100グラム以上の重量が1カートンあたり10kgに詰められています。

タイ産の生姜には、5ヶ月から6ヶ月の若い生姜、7ヶ月から9ヶ月の成熟した生姜、10ヶ月から12ヶ月の古い生姜の3種類があり、価格はこの範囲で異なります。

What are the grades or specification of Fresh ginger?

Grade A or Class 1 is the fresh ginger which is the highest quality and has matured well within 1 year or 12 months with the weight of 150gram and above per ginger roots.
Grade A or Class 2 is the fresh ginger which has matured well within 1 year or 12 months with the weight of 100gram ginger roots.
The quality of the ginger remains the same, its the size of individual roots or ginger tube that is sorted differentiate between Class 1 & 2
